Return Policy

Crankk Online Store lets you try on products, consider whether they you are OK for you and if not return unused within 30 days of receipt. Remember that all products must be returned in the same shape as you received them (ie. including all tags and accessories provided with the product, like the cycling pad).

Returns are done at your expense, Crankk Online Store will not accept deliveries paid upon receipt.

Please let us know by e-mail if you would like to make a return together with your order number. When returning all products you will receive full reimbursement, if you decide to return only some of the products you will receive a refund equal to the value of returned goods. You should receive your refund within 14 days.

It is of course also possible to replace purchased goods in the event of inadequate size. Simply contact us and we will find the best solution.
